1. Return Eligibility

We accept returns within 3 days of delivery, provided the item meets the following conditions:

• Item is unused, unwashed, and in its original condition
• Original packaging and tags are intact
• Item is not from our non-returnable category (see below)

2. Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items cannot be returned or exchanged:

• Feeding accessories (bottles, nipples, breast pumps)
• Bath and skin care products (once opened)
• Undergarments and bodysuits
• Items marked as "Final Sale"

• Shipping charges are non-refundable.

5. Exchanges

6. Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with photos of the item and packaging.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we cannot guarantee receipt of returned items without tracking.
